Parkour Camp at The Flow Space helps campers build self-confidence by encouraging them to overcome physical challenges and push their limits by fostering resilience and personal achievement.

PROBLEM SOLVING

Parkour helps kids develop essential problem-solving skills as they navigate obstacles and think critically. This fun and active environment encourages creativity and discipline, preparing them for challenges both in and out of the Parkour gym.

Love For Play & Movement!

Because parkour is play-focused, kids build a life-long love for movement and develop a lasting relationship with themselves as an athlete. Kids truly get that if they put their mind to it, they can achieve any task with the proper practice and motivation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

What is the Daily Schedule?

Check-in begins at 8 AM with a mandatory rules and expectations starting at 8:30 AM. 

Days are then filled with parkour lessons, open gyms, movement games, lunch, quiet time, and end of the day demonstration for the parents. All campers must be picked up by 3 PM.

June 16-20

Flip

CAmp

Learn to flip in this week fully focused on flips!

Join us for Flip Camp at The Flow Space Movement Center, where athletes will learn and refine their flipping skills in a safe and structured environment! Whether you're working on your first backflip or mastering advanced twisting techniques, our expert coaches will guide you through proper progressions, drills, and training to build confidence and control. With a focus on technique, air awareness, and safe landings, this camp is perfect for anyone looking to take their flips to the next level!

June 9-13

NERF CAMP

Apply your parkour skills in awesome Nerf Battles!

This action-packed camp combines the movement and agility of parkour with the excitement of Nerf battles, challenging athletes to dodge, vault, and strategize their way through awesome obstacle courses. Participants will develop speed, agility, and teamwork while engaging in epic Nerf missions, parkour challenges, and games in a fun and safe environment. PaRkouR

CAMP

Adventure Camp

This RPG inspired camp is a perfect opportunity to apply your parkour skills on the quest of a life time!

Campers will build their character for the week and play their role as they try to figure out what happened to the world around them while facing challenges, gathering supplies, and interacting with the ever changing environments. Every day brings new physical and mental challenges to test the campers’ critical thinking skills, ability to adapt, and work as a team! The daily themes will be centered around parkour skills and how to use them safely!

July 14-18

Parkour Flow

Apply your Parkour techniques into creating flowy lines through connection moves!

This camp focuses on linking movements together smoothly, emphasizing momentum, body control, and personal expression. SPEED PARKOUR

Level up your parkour techniques and get the fastest time through the courses!
