Overcome

Parkour is defined simply as training the mind and body to overcome obstacles.

Parkour is a physical discipline and training methodology that involves navigating through obstacles using a combination of running, jumping, climbing, swinging, and other movements. Participants aim to move efficiently and creatively, overcoming obstacles with fluidity and speed. Parkour emphasizes adaptability, strength, agility, and mental focus. Originating from French military obstacle course training, it has evolved into a popular form of movement and expression. The philosophy of parkour encourages individuals to overcome physical and mental barriers, promoting self-discipline and a holistic approach to movement.
